Terms of Service

CybSenseSecure is a cybersecurity intelligence platform for authorized defensive security operations. It may include live threat feeds, IOC lookup, dark web monitoring signals, investigation workspaces, and related features. The Service aggregates public and third-party intelligence sources; content is provided for situational awareness and is not a guarantee of completeness or accuracy.

You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service only for lawful, defensive purposes. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at billing@cybsensesecure.com.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for offensive cyber operations, fraud, or illegal activity
• Attempt to attack, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the platform
• Resell access without our written consent
• Upload malware or content that violates third-party rights
• Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with law enforcement or victims without authority

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

Free and paid plans are described on the website. Current list prices (subject to change with notice on the site):

• Free: €0/month - limited features as described on the site
• Analyst: €29/month - billed in advance as a recurring subscription via Stripe

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By upgrading, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Taxes (including VAT where applicable) may be added as required by law or Stripe Tax configuration.

You can manage payment methods and cancel via the in-app billing portal (Settings → Manage billing) or by contacting billing@cybsensesecure.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable unless required by law or we agree otherwise in writing.

Free tiers, demos, or promotional access may be limited, rate-limited, or withdrawn. Demo data and demo accounts must not be used as production security controls.

The Service may call third-party intelligence providers. Optional API keys you store are used only to fulfill features you enable. You are responsible for complying with those providers’ terms and for any fees they charge you.

We and our licensors own the Service software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. Intelligence feeds may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We do not warrant that use of the Service will prevent security incidents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) €50.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Service. Material changes will be indicated by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
